Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your order before the parcel is shipped. Note that fulfillment times can vary especially for pre-orders, during sales and holidays. Parcels are shipped with express and take 2-5 business days. Exact timelines may vary.

3.Can I change my shipping address or redirect my package?

Once your package has been shipped we're unable to make adjustments or redirect it. We apologize in advance if we are unable to make an adjustment to your shipping address.
